Homoeopathy is not a cure for allergies but it does sound like you have done lots of sensible things to cut down on your allergy. Make sure you cut back on nay unnecessary furnishings that can gather dust and soft toys etc too. Damp dust regularly and hang your bedding out for a good old fashioned airing when the weather allows ( even hypoallergenic bedding). To be honest I don’t buy that type I buy basic bedding and change my pillows and duvet yearly and that works really well for me and my family that have dust mite allergies. Also get a good Hepa filter hoover and hoover you mattress and turn it regularly.
Most over the counter antihistamines are exactly the same as the prescribed medication and your chemist can give you great free advice on what to take and how often. There are some problems associated with over using nasal medication check again with your chemist about this
I take it from what you say that you have had allergy testing and reacted to dust mite, what about pollens, moulds, trees etc. You need to be aware that is not the dust or smelling the dust that set your allergies off, it’s the dust mite poo that forms part of dust, you will always get some dust and you need to discourage places where dust mites can be left to gather to add their poo to the everyday dust (skin cells etc)
You mention that you were better in Turkey but you were in a completely different environment with different pollens etc and maybe even less dairy ( dairy allergy can be releated to sinusitis) – but from what you have said this would all have changed your allergy status. If you are still really suffering I would suggest going back to your GP and telling them how things are for you at present. I know at the moment that there is something for the last 2 weeks that has been giving me a really asthmatic dry cough in the evening that I can only clear with a Loratadine so I know how you feel completely. Wishing you better

Doctors and surgeons reccomend various medications but the bottom line is, for most people, they simply do not work.
It may take several years but nearly everyone in the end ‘ comes to terms ‘ with the condition. After all theres not much choice.
clear tinnitus does it realy work or its just a fake whats the best tablet on the the market?
The best thing you can do is avoid alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, and asprin. Over-the-counter drugs are unlikely to work. If the problem persists, see a doctor. Could be Meniere’s Disease or a host of other things, even something as simple as wax buildup in the ear canal.
